          As you know, the name of our village is _______(write the name of your village). Our village is situated on the eastern side of our district. More than 2000 people live in this village. Most of the people of our village are farmers but some are businessmen and some do jobs too. We the villagers celebrate different festivals altogether, always corporate with each other.

This was a short info about my village which may give you a little bit of details about the culture of villages. In the winter holiday, please try to visit our village, we will have a lot of fun. No more today, more when we shall meet. Till then take care, goodbye.

Hope you are in the best of health. I'm also doing well here. Yesterday I got your letter. I can sense the excitement and curiosity you are having towards village life. Due to some circumstances, you were unable to live the village life but today in this letter I'll be telling you about village life or the life we are living here.

 As you know, our village is in the eastern part of the district North 24 Parganas. Our village is home to almost five hundred families. People of different religions live here. Unlike every village our village also has almost no discrimination based on religions and caste but as more people from here are getting educated so the least discrimination that is present in our village is decreasing day by day.

 In our village, we celebrate every festival with great pomp and merriment. Here everyone is always ready to help each other no matter what the situation is.

People here are mostly farmers but with the advancement of time many people are getting highly educated and some have also joined reputed jobs.

 We have huge farmlands and varieties of fruits and vegetables grown here. We are also able to see various seasonal flowers.

 But the main attraction of our village is its style of celebrating its festivals and the foods made during those festivals. During the festive season of the year, all villagers come together.

 Here in our village we don't maintain audacity but simplicity.

 Everything can't be shared through a piece of paper, it will really be great if you kindly consider taking some holidays and visit our village in  this winter vacation. I hope for receiving a positive reply and to see you soon here.
